This beginner friendly embroidery kit has everything you need to embroidery this colorful hardwood forest dwelling lily. Trout lilys are an early spring bloomer, growing in colonies in hardwood and mix hardwood forests. Their bright yellow flowers are easy to spot and they have a distinctive pattern on their leaves that looks like the pattern on a brook trout! (Hence the name). All the wool in the kit is handspun by me from my own sheep and dyed with plant based dyes here at the farm!
